Xamarin Android Panasonic FZ-N1 error: Barcode already used by another application

Hello
I have a pretty stable Xamarin Android Panasonic FZ-N1 app (Android), but from time to time when user scans a thing, it crashes with the following message:
Com.Panasonic.Toughpad.Android.Api.Barcode.BarcodeException: Barcode already used by another application
Why it is locked by another application, if in fact it is only one app being used? Is there anyway to check if barcode is in use by another application?
How to release it from that another application?

This exception is thrown by Panasonic sdk, and there are no error code and docs yet.
