I have issues opening the Sharepoint folder from my customer. Never encounter this before. Please help
It says:

I had the same issue, could login fine via another browser or pc via edge. To resolve I restarted my pc logged in as a local admin and renamed the local app data folder here C:\Users\"Problematic%username%"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge to Edge old log back in as the problematic account and it worked fine.
