@Steven Lintern The process of assigning the certificate may take 15 minutes or more depending on the size of deployment. If you still observe that the certificate is not updated then to fetch a TLS/SSL certificate, API Management must have the list and get secrets permissions on the Azure Key Vault containing the certificate. Please verify if this is not the case causing the issue. If you still observe the same issue then I will suggest you to review the configuration again.
SSL Certificate not updating azure API management service custome domain
I am getting issues when I update the SSL certificate on the custom domains within API management services. I have used this same certificate on other servers without an issue.
I have tried uploading the certificate and using it from keyvault and both look like they have gone through but when I refresh the page the old certificate is still there.
We are using the basic tier and the only issue I see is that we have 2 custom domains in there, one is a depreciated dev portal and the other for the api, and looks like you are only supposed to have 1 custom domain but not sure if that would stop a SSL cert from being updated.
Do we need to remove one of these custom domains for it to work, or is there something else that could be causing this issue?
