MIM Test Connection Workflow error

I have latest MIM suite. trying to run WebService Workflow under 'Synchronization Service':
I got " given key was not present in the dictionary" even my only running 'test connection', and my expected a return message is just a "success" string.

Do I need to define a return key/value pair for this Test Connection?

Also, I put 'Host' 'Port' as local host, port 443, since my '.wsconfig' was deployed locally, and I want to trigger the workflow to launch webservice sitting on a outside network portal. Is this correct?

Just need to find some more documentation on this latest MIM version.
