OneNote: Cannot insert Table of Contents in OneNote 2016 because Link tab is missing

I am using OneNote 2016, as witnessed by clicking the following things:

File > Account > Info on OneNote

However, I cannot insert a Table of Contents because my ribbon does not have a Link tab

Anyone knows how to help me out. I already tried adjusting the ribbon, but the Link tab option is not there either.

    There is no build in Link tab in OneNote, I think you're looking for the third party add-in OneNoteGem :

    While Microsoft supports and encourages open-source software development, it does not provide technical support for the softwares from third parties, nor does it guarantee that the software will work as described.
