    When Windows was upgraded was there an offer through the windows update assistant or was the upgrade performed manually as an in place upgrade repair?

    Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    msdt.exe -id PowerDiagnostic
    msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
    msdt.exe -id AudioPlaybackDiagnostic

    Click view detailed information for each troubleshooter > post images or share links into this thread

    For share links please use one drive, drop box, or google drive.

    Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand each row > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images or share links into this thread

    Hello JacksonHall-2686,

    Thank you for your question.

    If it stopped working after upgrading to windows 11, I recommend that you return to windows 10 and wait a few days to upgrade to windows 11 again, as this might just be a temporary bug, follow the instruction below to do this:

    Step 1: Open Windows 11 settings and select the "System" tab. Scroll down to the "Recovery" option;

    Step 2: Under "Recover Options", press "Resume" button;

    Step 3: In the window that will appear, mark the reason why you are undone the update and click on the "Next" button;

    Step 4: Windows will suggest checking for updates. Click "No Thanks" to proceed;

    Step 5: In the new window that appears, select "Next";

    Step 6: Press "Next" button once more;

    Step 7: Finally, select "Back to Windows 10" to start the downgrade process.

    Another fix option you can try before going back to windows 10 is to reinstall the sound and bluetooth drivers through your computer manufacturer's website, as sometimes during an update the drivers are affected.
