Shared Experience - Fix Now

Hello Team,

We have been facing issues related to fix now account under shared experience window. The windows version is 21H2.

Issue:
We tried to click on fix now multiple times and a small window appears and gets closed automatically. It doesn't fix the issue.
Tried to click on manage account, the account opens a web page where it shows all proper details of the account. No error is found.
Tried turning off the shared across devices and nearby devices and then checked the issue. The issue remains same. Then turned on share across devices and nearby devices and tried to click on fix now, The issue remains same.

Further we disjoined system from domain, restarted laptop and then joined back to domain. Issue remains there still. Due to this issue, we are facing problem with Teams desktop client login problem, Windows 10 Enterprise E3 subscription doesn't shows active.

Have anyone fixed this kind of issue earlier. Please help me in finding a solution.
