Hello,

I have some problems in understanding and interpreting the Sysinternal license terms.

We would like to build a tool that uses Sysmon to extract the processes launched by an executable, as with Microsoft ETV.
We need to install Sysmon on our customer's endpoints and use the data in a classifier.
Can someone tell me if we are overstepping the license terms if we install the software and use the extracted data in our product?
