lost access to authenticator app

Question

I the past I have had to perform a factory reset on my phone which held the Microsoft Authenticator App. Because I was new to the authenticator I did not know you could back it up so after the factory reset I have lost access to the authenticator. When I try and log onto my account it (not the one I am logged into here) it directs me to the authenticator but as I have no access I cannot use that for verification. Is there a way I can switch off the two factor authentication so that I can log in again. It is the Admin account so have no one to turn to.
