issue in connecting Windows VDI

While connecting windows vm from through RDP , after giving proper credentials it is showing login attempt failed.

I hope you are entering the correct credentials to connect to the VDI. Can you please confirm if the same resource is accessible by someone from your team? If yes, then you might resolve the issue by adding users in the Application Group and adding Targetisaadjoined:i:1 in RDP Properties. Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I can understand you are facing with connect VDI machine using RDP.

Kindly follow below steps toward to resolve the issue.

1. Please check from Control Panel -> Manage Windows Credentials if you have a saved password for the IP that you try to connect to.
2. Also check for Remote Desktop is allowed programs Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall.
3. Disable any Antivirus program you may have for temporary purpose.
4. Please try to reboot VDI server and try to login using ComputerName\UserName or username@domainName . com format.
