Is there any way to restrict all project users including (Project Administrators, Contributors, Release Administrators) from altering/modifying/disabling pre-deployment conditions for specific release pipelines in place?
The global/organizational administrators would still have access to modify the pre-deployment condition.
The requirement for doing so is to avoid a segregation of duties violation, If users have access to both merge in master repositories and deploy changes into production by disabling pre-deployment conditions it acts as a SoD violation.
