My PC's windows edition is : Windows 10 Home Single Language and version is: 21H2.

My PC have Intel Core i3 7020u CPU @ 2.30 GHz and this processor is in the list of supported CPUs for Windows 11 requirements. Then also I am not able to get the windows 11 update because the system is telling that my processor is not currently supported for this update.

Please tell me the reason behind it.

The i3 7020u was not seen on the list of Windows 11 supported Intel processors:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

Windows 11 can be installed on most computers in either a supported or unsupported fashion.

Because your processor does not have critical security features like VBS in the processor.

    Two things:

    1. Windows 10 is supported until 2025.
    2. As long as security requirements are met except the processor, you can install Windows 11, offline if you understand the risks including no updates. See:

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

I can understand you are facing with upgrading Windows 11.

Please note that your processor model Intel Core i3 7020u is not listed yet in the compatible list , So I request you to check your processor model again.

Also ,Have you tried the latest PC Health Check app?
If not get it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications

Many users have stated this and if you have checked up on all the requirements like processor too then you can use the update assistance tool to get the Windows 11.

Windows 11 supported Intel processors :
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

On the other note , you can still install Windows 11 using .iso with clean installation which will not check the Hardware requirement but that method is not recommended.
