If you delete files belonging to installed applications, you will have problems to update, repair or uninstall those applications...
You can use tools to find/delete orphaned files, which have not been removed after some applications have been uninstalled

The C:\Windows\Installer folder contains Windows installer cache, it's used to store important files for applications installed using the Windows Installer technology and should not be deleted.

Some of installers are detected by Windows Defender or other Anti-virus.
Shall I delete them?
