Windows 11 won't recognize Delkins Device 54 card reader

Question

This card reader worked with Windows 10 but is not working since I installed Windows 11. I have tried to find appropriate drivers or firmware, but not successfully. The card reader also isn't recognized by a brand new computer, which I believe never had Windows 10 installed (currently has Windows 11).

I would suggest you to run below steps toward to resolve the issue.

1. Please try to connect card reader on Different port or back side of the PC port of motherboard.
2. Check SD card in Disk Management if you can see the Disk or volume detected.
3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
4. Run hardware and device troubleshooter from System > Troubleshoot.
5. Remove SD card write protection if any.

Regardless, only the device manufacturer can help you with the hardware problem. Microsoft does not do driver development, the manufacturers do this.
