I can understand you are facing with Delkins card reader in Windows 11.
I would suggest you to run below steps toward to resolve the issue.
- Please try to connect card reader on Different port or back side of the PC port of motherboard.
- Check SD card in Disk Management if you can see the Disk or volume detected.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Run hardware and device troubleshooter from System > Troubleshoot.
- Remove SD card write protection if any.
