Laptop running with 1 stick of ram instead of in dual ram mode?

While smoothly running OS the glitches on screen appear and then BSOD with different stop codes comes up every time the laptop restarts automatically. Then it starts automatic repair but then then stuck on BSOD again. Finally all the display goes away and I can see Led lights flashing and hear the fan running.
After sometime 4-6 hrs, when turn on it provides display and again stuck on BSOD and whole cycle runs again. Now, I am running OS on one stick of Ram instead of two and till now it's working fine. Ram and ram slots are fine. Prior to this I had tried reinstalling windows 10, updating Bios, chipsets and all graphic drivers but no luck. Any help regarding the issue? Is this graphics card issue?
Stop codes: "System exception thread not handled" and "System service exception dxgkrnl.sys"

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

You can try the following methods for trouble-shooting :
1 . Check for hardware malfunctions
If running OS on one stick of Ram instead of two is working fine, this issue may caused by a faulty RAM.
You can run OS on either RAM independently to check if one of them is faulty.

2 . Make sure your graphics card driver are compatible with your latest Windows 10 system.

3 . Boot into Safe Mode when running OS on 2 RAM
Reboot --> press F8 --> choose Safe Mode
If you boot into safe mode successfully, install the graphics card driver on the manufacturer's official website.

4 . Turn off auto repair
Reboot --> press F8 --> choose Repair Your Computer to boot into WinRE --> open Command Prompt
First use the command diskpart to find the partition on your system disk(which contains windows folder), then switch to that partition and then run the command

     Bcdedit /set {default} advancedoptions on
     Bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No

After auto-repair mode is disabled, check if there is any other error message.

5 . Run following command in elevated command prompt

    sfc /scannow
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restoreHealth

6 . Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Windows drivers
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617/using-driver-verifier-to-identify-issues-with-windows-drivers-for-adva

    7 . Update or Re-install DirectX
Dxgkrnl.sys is Microsoft DirectX graphics kernel subsystem, you can replace corrupt or incompatible components of DirectX by updating or re-installing it.
Refer to this link for the details of dxgkrnl.sys

Please remember to accept the reply as answer if it helps.

    Best regards,
    Molly
