Hello @Lukas Flor - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum!

If you have not used Azure services after signing up for Azure, you will not be charged on your account. However, you have been billed with 88€. That means, either the Azure products/service that you have subscribed or spun up are resource intensive that cost you move compare to other service on Azure cloud. Other than that, there could be billing validation issue that needs to be looked at closely at the account level.

Recommendation: Please contact Azure billing support team by raising a support ticket using this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
