How to use Excel VBA to Create/Update/Delete Sharepoint list

I want to create/update/delete and item on a sharepoint list. I have used excel vba extensively and wants to know if that is possible. Power Automate is not that intuitive to me and I think typing codes is way faster than dragging stuff.
