What's the difference between a Visual and Element in UI.Composition?

I'm struggling to see what you mean by Element vs Visual. I can CreateRectangleGeometry, but it's not a shape, nor is it a visual. I just can't work out the mental model that the UI.Composition team has in mind.

For more details about UI framework layering, you can refer to this document. In addition, is the CreateRectangleGeometry you used Compositor.CreateRectangleGeometry? Do you want to display this rectangle in UI? Can you provide more details about your expected behavior?
