Unable to Create New List from Existing SharePoint List

I am creating a new SharePoint List from an existing list and I am getting an error:
Action 1 (createSPList) is invalid. List subaction 101 (addSPView) is invalid. Parameter viewDataXml has an invalid value.
Yesterday, I was able to do this.
Is there any MS update that needs to be fixed?

    Hello @Gem Crystal ,

    Welcome to Q&A Forum!

According to my test, this is caused by the List View.

In general, every SharePoint list will have an original default view named "All Items"(AllItems.aspx)

If you create a new view in the list and set it as the default view. And delete the original "All Items" view, then the error will appear.

Even if you later create a new view called "All Items" and set it as the default view, it won't work.

    Thanks,
    Echo Du

I had the same issue and also had created a new view and set it as the default. Removing that view didn't work. However, I did delete the lookup columns I was using, then I was able to create a duplicate of the list.
