We have exchange 2016 CU 22 standalone server.
We got a mission which we have to create new mailbox database and move all mailboxes including arbitration mailbox from old database to new one, and remove old database
Is there will be any downtime impact on users while the moving would occurred?
No, not if you are moving the mailboxes.
Some Outlook users may see a pop-up and need to restart Outlook but that should be it.
