What enrollment type are you using?
issue with enrollement using afw#setup
Hello to all
I would like to use afw#setup during the configuration of my new phones (xcover pro) to integrate them directly into endpoint and to be able to apply applications to them according to their membership in such or such group created.
It turns out that when I put afw#setup, after a few screens and the QR code that I scan, I am asked to enter my username and the associated password (account that works on a PC), I get the image attached.
I want to use Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices but I can't anymore!
thank you for your help

2022-01-13T02:00:39.277+00:00 @Alexandre MELLET Thanks for posting in our Q&A.
To clarify this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
- Is the android device Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro?
- Which is the version for the device? For corporate-owned work profile (COPE) devices, the afw#setup enrollment method is only supported on devices running Android 8-10. It's not available on Android 11.

it is indeed the Galaxy Xcover Pro, which is natively in android 11. I had seen that you need 8 to 10 for this method, but I have another Galaxy Xcover 4 cell phone which is in version 9 with which this does not work either.
concerning the error message, it is not very helpful ... "an error has occurred
an unexpected error occurred. Your IT department should be able to help you."
except I'm from IT, and I can't help!
is there another way to register in intune android or iphone devices as corporate-owned, fully managed user devices? -
