How to connect to Azure SQL Database with Visual Studio 2022?

Hello, I just upgraded to Visual Studio 2022 and I'm trying to connect to an Azure SQL Database.

The problem is, when I go to SQL Server Object Explorer > Add SQL Server > Azure, it shows the message:
"To browse Azure SQL database, install a full version of visual studio"

My copy is licensed and I already tried to repair my instalation, but the problem still persists.
