The Microsoft 365 audit logs include logs for PageViewed and FileAccessed in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. The full list of "File and page activities" is included in the audit log documentation.

The Azure AD audit logs include access to Sign-ins, Audit information about changes applied to your tenant such as users and group management or updates applied to your tenant’s resources, and Provisioning. But views to specific pages aren't included here.

If you want to monitor page views for a site that you created, you can use Application Insights, but you'll only be able to group these users by certain criteria and may not be able to identify the specific users. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/app/usage-segmentation
