I have a problem when signing in Visual studio Dev essentials. Once clicking on "Join or access now" following message is shown:
Something went wrong!
We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account. If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and time you started having this problem . Message code: 715-123150.
I have done many things to deal with it such as deleting cash and cookies, creating new account and signing with the new account, but still facing the error.
I don't know what else I should do. If anybody has any suggestion?

And I was told even if I send another support, the problem will not be solved. No reason was communicated to me on the reason for the blocking. There is a problem!!

The last email from Support mentioned that "I have received a response from the Tier 3 team. Unfortunately, as per their investigation, they found that your account does not satisfy Microsoft requirements and cannot perform this function"
Did anyone get a solution for this issue? -
