Azure Devops Migration - Visual Studio

Dear All,

I am new to Azure Devops so kindly suggest your expertise

We are moving our on-premise visual studio desktop subscription to Azure cloud. Need some advice on what needs to be set or in place before we move our devops environment. Like for example - Set security, set network, set workload. Need to know Microsoft recommended practices or Your industry experience

Our overall objective is showcase our project quickly as possible without any performance issue while running the code. Appreciate your advice
