I have azure student account and not even 1 gpu powered machine is available for me either it say family quota limit or it says
"This VM size is currently unavailable in Canada Central for this subscription: NotAvailableForSubscription" .
Tried every region but none have the size that I want.

    @Ajay

    With the student type account you cannot have these type of VM's deployed.
    Please refer this link once https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/students/

    If you are interested in using them you will have to upgrade your subscription out of the student tier.

    I have found a Microsoft reference saying that the initial quota for the N series VMs (N series VMs offers GPU in Azure) for all subscriptions is set to 0. To increase the quota, you need to raise a request as explained in the below reference.
    regional-quota-requests

    Just give a small increment in the request than the available quota for the preferred region. Actually, even though the request is for vCPU, you will get GPUs also. Once the request is approved and changes are takes effect, you should see the GPU associated servers

    In my knowledge, Azure Student account have access to GPU resources. You can check NC6 series machines specifically for GPU supported sizes.
    Following filter will show how to apply easy filter to find these sizes.
