I have a question - As a global Admin for my work site - I should be able (and I know I used to be able) to take control or grant access) to staff's OneDrive - usually only after they terminated. Now I cannot find that part of the Admin control center.

    It's under each user's profile card. Go to Users > Active users > select the user > OneDrive > Get access to files.

    Alternatively, you can also grant access as part of the Delete user workflow.
