Have an issue where users are unable to connect to an Azure Virtual Desktop Pool via Stratodesk OS.

I am able to connect via Stratodesk OS without issue, but other test users are unable. They sign in and nothing happens. No Pool options are given, nothing comes up.

The users have Desktop Virtualization User permissions - Allows user to use the applications in an application group. These permissions are set on the Application Groups (DAG and Remote Apps)

I am an owner of the pool as well, which the others are not.

If I check Access Rights from the Pool level for one of the users, nothing shows up. Checking access rights on the DAG / Remote Apps Application Groups shows the Desktop Virtualization User permissions I mentioned above.

Users have no issues viewing thee Pools and logging into the Desktops from Web or from Windows Remote Client, just from Stratodesk.

The client on Stratodesk is maintained by Stratodesk.
I would recommend opening a support case with them, especially as it is working for the same users from Windows and HTML client.

You can reach out to their support here : https://www.stratodesk.com/support/
They also have a slack community forum for support : https://www.stratodesk.com/notouch-slack-community/

After some testing, we found that only 1 user cannot login to the Windows 10 Pool via Stratodesk. We arent sure why that user cannot login as their rights are the same as the other users we've tested with.
