Orchestrator error: Invalid http_code response. Code: 413, Response: The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large

Hi guys,

I have 2 System Center orchestrator 2019 servers and 10 exchange servers 2019.

I have a specific problem that when trying to insert a photo in an exchange account, the orchestrator call is generating this error below:

I adjusted the 2 options below highlighted in the images on the 2 orchestrators and on all the exchange servers, but without success:

Hi,

the setting is for Exchange Web Server:
Have you checked 2385315 and 501134 ? Dis yiz restart IIS to take the settings affect?

I tried these settings and had no luck.

I identified that from Orchestrator to exchange servers, the runbook is executed, but if there is an external call from the API to the orchestrator, it is blocked in IIS.

Regarding the suggestions in the link below, is there a specific file in the web.config or can it be in the root or just the site directly from the porat 81 oruqestrator?
