Microsoft Teams crashes after starting a call (Linux Mint)

I'm using Microsoft Teams on Linux Mint 20.1 MATE Edition. During a call (usually 30-60 seconds after starting it) Teams crashes, shows me the loading box (Teams logo on a white background) and doesn't ever load. The only solution for me is to restart my laptop, then Teams works normally and I can call without any issues, but during another call it happens again. This usually happens after the laptop has been on for some time. Sometimes this happens right after I finish a call.

I've used Teams on a couple of other Linux machines as well and I'm having issues only with this one. Could it be something caused particularly by this distribution or desktop environment?

    Hi @boxd00

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

Could you reproduce this problem in your Teams web client in Linux Minit?

lf there is no issue in Teams web client, please try to run the following command to clear Teams client cache file and restart it to see if can be fixed:

    rm -r ~/.config/Microsoft/Microsoft\Teams
