DevOps organization missing / shadow (cannot login)

I had a Microsoft Account profile with which I log into DevOps; in this instance I had created an organization, created project, dashboard, etc.

Over time I have done some tests with the port of Azure and creating accounts or 'playing' with the accounts I must have made a mess and I had problems logging in with the accounts; Microsoft technicians intervened and solved all my problems but unfortunately in Devops my organization with all the contained code has disappeared.

If I try to use the URL https://devops.azure.com/{organization} it tells me that it exists, but the accounts I have will not allow me access.

Is it possible to assign this organization that I see exist, but I can't log in to my current Azure user? Or should I consider my job lost forever?

In order not to miss anything, there would even be 2 organizations that are in this state.

Last rationale, if I can't regain possession of them, is it possible to delete them in some way, so that I can reuse their names?
