How to schedule a job biweekly in databricks

I want to schedule a job every biweekly on Friday using databricks job cluster.
In the edit schedule will the below cron syntax work for biweekly schedule.

56 0 17 ? ** Fri

I would like to schedule a job for "every two weeks on a Saturday at 23:00:00, on the first and third Saturdays of every month". I could create 2 jobs with 1 schedule for the 1st Saturday of the month and one for the 3rd Saturday of the month, but I'm looking for something more compact.
