I am running a Ryzen 5 3400g with 16 GB of ddr4 RAM and 128 GB of SSD. I have enabled my TPM 2.0 in BIOS. But I am still not getting a Windows 11 Update. Yet its already January. I ran the requirement software and it says my pc meets the requirements. Then why I am still not getting a windows 11 update.

    Hi there,

Some damaged temporary files may cause Windows 11 updates not to work on your device. So you can't receive Windows 11 update successfully. This might be due to something wrong with the Windows Update service.

You can run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and sort it out.

-Go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
-Click Windows Update under Get up and running.
-Click Run the troubleshooter to run Windows Update troubleshooter.
-Follow the on-screen wizards to finish the troubleshooting process.

You can also get the update manually from the update assistance tool. Just download the tool and run it, it will download the Windows 11 update to your PC.
