Microsoft Teams not working properly on VM

Hello,
We use Teams on virtual machine.
Our VMs run on VMware infrastructure (Horizon 2106).
We use VMware Horizon Client and ZeroClient(Teradici 21.10)
On Vmware Horizon Client(pcoip or blast protocole) there is no problem.
But When we are connected on a Teradici ZeroClient, the call screen are not available and when we try to begin à call from a chat, Teams warn us about a connexion issue with a distant device and the call ist still not available.
On teradici ZeroClient devices (speaker and micophones) are also blocked on "custom installation".
Currently I can't find a solution to allow calls from Teradici ZeroClients.
Could it be because of the devices that are not visible on Teradici?
If you have any ideas

Does this occur to any particular user or all users are affected?
Besides, considering that the issue only occurs "when connected on a Teradici ZeroClient", it's suggested to try contacting Teradici ZeroClient as well to see if they have seen other Teradici ZeroClient users experiencing this and if there are any settings which can be adjusted from Teradici to make it work.
