It appears that this log is from a Repair attempt which failed. I presume that you made an attempt to install before you arrived at this point?

In C:\Program Files\Mcrosoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap\Log, there is one folder per installation attempt. Find the one the actual attempt to install and upload summary.txt and detail.txt in that folder.

> Error description: The SQL Server feature 'SQL_Engine_Core_Inst' is not in a supported state for repair, as it was never successfully configured. Only features from successful installations can be repaired. To continue, remove the specified SQL Server feature.

This is a repaired failed setup log. according to the error message, you can not repair the SQL server when you did not have a successful installation. Please remove the failed installation, then reinstall the SQL server.

Please provide us the correct SQL server setup log as Erland mentioned. Refer to MS document View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files.
