    are you using a wild card cert ? as i remember wild card cert is not supported in azure cdn.

    Hi Dev,
    Request to your reff(screenshot attached),same OWN certificate used for my previous CDN endpoint and working fine via Grant Azure CDN access to your key vault.

    but my error is more specific..."the certificate doesn't include hostname to specific".

    possible to share your team/skype id for the same.
