Hi Abigail,

I think this is a result caused by an internet connection to ntp.msn. Usually, when you open an Edge tap the default goes to ntp.nsn.com.
While I wouldn't know what leads to this connection failure, I would recommend the following:

Check your internet connection

Check your proxy setting and verify ntp.msn.com is unblocked
