PXE-E18 Server response Timeout in UEFI mode

Hello,

PXE-E18 Server response Timeout" message received when SecureBoot Enabled with UEFI in the model HP Laptop 9480m model. Laptop boots from PXE when Secure Boot Disabled.
Please help to identify what will be the issue.

    Hi,

    This problem seems to relate to the firmware. At this stage (before downloading the initial boot file via TFTP), the PXE client and PXE server are negotiating to locate the boot file and failed. Mostly, the behavior is controlled by the UEFI firmware and has nothing to do with the boot image and the drivers added into it.

    For such issue, suggest to contact the computer support to see if they have some additional comments.
