Can't install RhinoCommon template - missing reference - Template Engine

Hello,
For a few minutes I've installed Visual Studio 2022 to develop components for Grasshopper for Rhino. But I can't download the needed template "RhinoCommon and Grasshopper template for Rhino 7" because of an error.

I’m not sure whether this extension adds
Microsoft Visual Studio Template Engineas one of its dependencies.I suggest you try to repair Visual Studio 2022 first, and if it doesn’t work, please go to Visual Studio Marketplace and directly download it online then close VS and run it to install this extension.

I also have a problem with installation. I downloaded it directly from Visual Studio Marketplace and then ran it. I also did repair, But the error wasn't fixed.
Could you please help me solve it?

View Install Logand let me know if there is any error message.Besides, could you help to confirm that you downloaded the related extension which works with VS 2022 not VS 2019(I mean choose the corresponding version which matches with your VS)?

If you try to download and install it from VS 2022 > Extensions > Manage Extension, will the same issue appear?
Looks like the installed VS 2022 Community has been detected and you downloaded the correct version of extension. I think maybe there’s some component/workload missing. What workloads did you install in VS 2022? If you try to install .NET desktop development workload with
Development tools for .NETand.NET Framework 4.8 development toolscomponents, from VS Installer, will it work?
