MCP Certification Profile Expired

Hi Team,

I was inactive for few years on my microsoft certification profile, because of which the profile got expired it seems.

Today while trying to access I was getting the following errror "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support."

Could you please assist in resolving the issue.
