Is it possible do disable location device tracking for Android and iOS devices managed by Intune?

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a possibility to disable location tracking in Intune for Android enterprise Kiosk scenario devices and iOS devices.
We need to have this feature disabled as per our legislative law.

Is there a way to disable this function on a device level? Or even better can it be disabled on Intune level for every device that is managed by Intune?
The best option would be to have Locate device button grayed out.

For this issue, there is no method to disable location device. Based on my research, device location capabilities aren't supported for the following Android and iOS devices:
Android device administrator
Android Enterprise:Corporate-owned work profile, Personally-owned work profile, Fully managed
iOS devices are not in supervised mode

So, if you don't want to see "locate device", please make the devices as the unsupported types. If you are still interested in this feature, it is suggested to feedback in UserVoice. This is a place to collect customers' requirements. Here is the link:
