Hiya , most of our domain users have an option now to upgrade to windows 11. All Devices are registered in intune but we have nothing set regarding auto upgrade to windows 11. How do I prevent our users from manually upgrading to windows 11 at least for the time being ?

Make sure those devices are domain-joined.
Joined devices won't upgraded to the Windows 11 automatically unless you perform the upgrade.
    Take a look at:

    Hi @Ray Waldron

You can make this block through the Group Policy Editor, to do so, follow the steps below:

    1) Open the Start Menu.

    2) Type gpedit.msc and load the Group Policy Editor as soon as it appears in the search results.

    3) Go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Windows Update for Business

    4) Double-click “Select target feature update version”.

    5) Set the policy to Enabled, Enter 21H1 in the field and Close the Group Policy Editor.
