Can't receive emails from wordpress on my business outlook email, but can on my personal outlook email.

Question

I added a form to my wordpress website and the filled out form sends an email to my personal email address but not to my business email address. Both addresses are microsoft addresses.

When I open the email on my personal email it says there that my business email was sent the same email, but then the email doesn't appear in my business email. Not even in the junk folder. I would prefer not to have to use the third party "WP mail SMTP" which I have to pay for since this is obviously something that is Microsoft's problem.

How do I get wordpress emails delivered to my business email address?
