Need Help with getSchedule's availabilityView

Hi,
According to the API documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/outlook-get-free-busy-schedule, the availabilityView property should contain the value "4= working elsewhere." However, after testing this with a few tenants, it appears that even when the calendar is correctly configured, the availabilityView returns the value "0=free" rather than "4=working elsewhere". Is this a known issue or a configuration issue?
