I am about 70 servers located all over many states. I sometimes lose access to the servers at random and when I do I notice the firewall profile has changed from domain to public or private. I see Gateway resolution failed on interface with error: 0x43 event recorded and restarting NLASVC corrects the firewall profile. I have set NLASVC to a delay start. All servers are static, I have added the DNS domain DNS suffix for this connection and the problem still happens. Each server has two nics and only one nic is setup. the second nic has no cable plugged in to it. Could this cause the problem? Should I disable the nic not in use?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in our new Q&A platform.

Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following questions:

May I know how do you connect to the other servers?

If you got a router, please check the gateway settings or change one or update the firmware and then check the results.

Or I would suggest you can try to disable the second NIC to test if the issue could be resolved.

    Best Regards,
    Sunny

when the fireprofile changes I have to connect via iLO. Firewalls are up to date.
