does your system also crash when you uninstall all 3rd party Antivirus software?
My PC keeps getting BSOD
Hello,
Since January 13th I have been getting multiple blue screens and I can't find a solution or even a reason to why I am getting them.
The first and most common one is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED but I also got ATTEMPTED_SWITCH_FROM_DPC a few times.
I've done a clean graphics driver install, changed my RAM sticks and other things but none of them seem to work.
I saw someone recommend BlueScreebView so I downloaded it, I am not good with stuff like this so I provided 2 screenshot so maybe someone else can see something that can help:

Here is my Minidump (I hope I did it right): https://www.dropbox.com/s/dxku215wyiuezpr/Minidump.zip?dl=0
And here are my specs:
B560M DS3H V2
i5-10400F
2x Corsair 8GB DDR4
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
1TB Western Digital SSD
1TB Western Digital HHD
Aerocool Aero 650W Bronze
One last thing I have to say, it seems like the blue screens are always between 19-21 minutes apart from each other, there were days where I got 4 blue screens every 20 minutes which seems weird to me.
Please let me know if you need any other information at all! Thank you all so much!

2022-01-17T21:41:53.613+00:00 There were 5 mini dump files collected.
It appears that the BSOD were caused by an antivirus conflict between Avast and Bitdefender.
The BIOS is not up to date.
Please uninstall both Avast and Bitdefender using the applicable uninstall tools:

https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2791/2) Please make sure that Microsoft Defender is on.
The AV software can compete with one another and cause BSOD.
Sometimes it weakens defenses too. It's best to choose one AV software.
(they all have false positives, and false negatives)3) If there are no BSOD for 3 days then you can:
a) reinstall one of the AV software
b) reinstall both of the AV software
c) continue using Microsoft Defender4) Upgrade the BIOS: F1 > F4

BSOD can really be painful to users and my first suggestion would be to update all the drivers and the BIOS of your PC.
You can also troubleshoot all kinds of BSOD from here
