Issue in MSHTML.dll in framework 4.7.2

I have an application developed in framework 3.5 where mshtml.dll was used and this app is running correctly. Currently we are trying to upgrade the app to framework 4.7.2 but it is getting crashed and the error is in MSHTML.dll as below.

Is there any solution to this?

0xC0000005 is "Access Violation"
I never met any problem with MSHTML.dll in .NET Framework 4.7.2 (VS 2019, Windows 10 21H1)

Which MSHTML.dll version you are using? I am adding 7.0.3300.0.

If i enable Native Code debugging I am getting below

No there are no KB2962872 update installed. i tried to uninstall and install mshtml.dll but the problem persists. I will check again and update you.

Sometimes an mshtml.dll error may happen when your computer's system becomes overloaded or important system files go missing, get accidentally deleted, or corrupted.

The mshtml.dll error can be fixed with special software that repairs the registry and tunes up system settings to restore stability error.
