certification verification

I am inquiring how to obtain verification of Microsoft certifications completed over 15 years ago? I obtained an MCSE and I believe two MCPs from New Horizons Computer Learning Center in California. I logged into my Cert Dashboard but did not see anything. Any guidance on how to obtain proof of certification is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. You can request help with profile update / linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
