Can not access Work Account without authenticator code

Dear Supporter,

I am using Google Authenticator for receiving authenticator code for my work microsoft account

I had factory reseted my device so that lost my authenticator information

Now, I can not access my microsoft account and I am in terrible

Could you help me, supporter?
