Unable to install SQL server (Setup.exe) Exit code:-2061893606

Hello,
I am unable to install 2019 SQL server.

The OOps message pops up at the very end which says:
Unable to install SQL server (Setup.exe) Exit code:-2061893606. Wait on the database engine recovery handle failed. Check the error log.

Upon checking into the error long, I see the following error flag at the very end:
(15) 2022-01-17 21:51:18 Slp: Action is being skipped due to the following restrictions:
(15) 2022-01-17 21:51:18 Slp: Condition "Is the user's scenario set to EditionUpgrade" did not pass as it returned false and true was expected.

I have tried to perform clean installation multiple times by clearing registry history , 165874-detail.txtdeleting all the installation files and making sure I have admin rights, but so far, I have had no luck.

I have attached the log file for your reference. I would appreciate your suggestions on how to take care of this issue.

    Hi @UK ,

    Clean the failed SQL server installation, download the SQL server 2019 setup file from MS link gain. Run the setup file as admistator. When you come to Server Configuration Screen, Change the Account Name of Database Engine Service to NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE and continue installation and it will successfully install all components without any error.
